Spring florals re-imagined

Spring florals re-imagined

Spring has officially arrived, and now is the time to revamp your interiors with fresh florals and botanical prints. Try something different this year and experiment with shades, textures and shapes reminiscent of the stunning Australian landscape.

Add a ray of sunshine to your bedroom with the Shannon Fricke Love & Marigold Quilt Cover Set from Domayne. (cover image)

Take your cues from Australian natives when choosing your indoor greenery and floral arrangements. We love this Australian Wildflowers Wattle Pot from Adairs.

TIP: Spring is all about flowers. Property stylist and interior designer Justine Wilson says to make a real statement, use vases or vessels in multiple sizes and group them together – the different heights will create a pretty vignette with complementary flower types or mixed bunches.

Introduce some spring hues to your home with a colourful arm chair or two scattered around. We love the blush pink shade of the Lola Occasional Chair in Tea Rose from Early Settler.

Add some native botanical flair to your kitchen with the Home Republic Apollo Mustard Banksia Tray from Adairs.

Floral cushions are perfect for spring, but try these Australiana designs from Pillow Talk for something different. Pictured is the Muse Acacia Cushion and the Muse Mallee Cushion.

A quick way to freshen up interiors is with some bright new wall art. We love the Mercer + Reid Yellow Waratah print from Adairs.
