This yummy sweet recipe was submitted by reader Lyn, who says, “This is a family favourite on a Saturday afternoon with a cup of tea.”
- 250g unsalted butter
- 250g Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 1 tbsp gelatine
- ¼ cup hot water
- 2 packets Lattice Slice biscuits
Soften butter and Philadelphia cream cheese in a bowl.
Add condensed milk and the gelatine dissolved in hot water. Beat all together.
Place biscuits on the bottom of a slice tray and pour the mixture on top. Add more biscuits on top.
Refrigerate. Cut into squares to serve.
