In My time, we usually feature great upcoming events and local foodie finds. Given the constant changes, this week we are encouraging you to support local cafes and restaurants that are still able to trade in takeaway form. From the solo local barista to the family-operated restaurant who employs other Coast residents, they need your support more than ever before. Where it’s safe to do so, and with social distancing and stringent hygiene practices in place, we ask you to support the Coast’s vibrant venues that are playing by the rules. The IGA Wises Road is also now offering delivery for the elderly – a much-welcomed service. Phone the store to find out more.

Everything comes vacuum sealed, so you just have to follow the easy heat and eat instructions whenever it suits to consume. Orders are being taken via The Dock Facebook private message portal and can also be phoned through to the team on 1300 THE DOCK.
In addition, The Dock is offering all medical and emergency personnel a 20 per cent discount on all of the takeaway meals. All they need to do is show their work ID to staff to receive the offer. What a great initiative!
