A Sunshine Coast healthcare apparel brand founded by registered nurse Stephanie Moore has placed second in the Rookie of the Year category at the 2026 SHE-com Women in Ecommerce Awards.
The national awards recognise Australia’s leading female-founded product brands and celebrate women building businesses with purpose and impact.
Founded in 2024, Hey Sister Scrub Club was created after Stephanie became frustrated with healthcare uniforms that prioritised function over personality.
Today, the brand ships colourful, conversation-starting scrubs to healthcare workers across Australia and has built a loyal online community.
“I still can’t quite believe it,”Stephanie says.
“I went to the awards just feeling grateful to be in the room. So, to come home with Rookie of the Year runner-up honestly feels surreal. And to every healthcare worker who’s supported us along the way, thank you. This really feels like a win for all of us.”
