An Evening with Shaw + Smith at The Lakehouse Sunshine Coast

The Lakehouse staged a fabulous wine event with Shaw + Smith recently. Shaw + Smith’s senior winemaker Adam Wadewitz was the guest speaker at this All In Good Taste event. Adam is one of Australia’s best winemaking talents. The executive chef designed a four-course menu matched to each of the Shaw + Smith wines, including sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, pinot noir and shiraz.
