Sully’s Rooftop opens

Sunshine Coast’s newest rooftop dining destination, Sully’s Rooftop, officially opened last week. Located on Level 12 of the new Avani Mooloolaba Beach Hotel, the venue offers modern Australian dining, sunset cocktails and sweeping coastal views. Led by executive chef Marky Godbeer, Sully’s promises a relaxed yet elevated rooftop experience from lunch through to late evening.
