Tennis great Mark Kratzmann is serving up his latest venture off the court, launching a riverfront property development – The Ivy Picnic Point – in Maroochydore. The official launch was held at Casablanca’s Caffe in Maroochydore. More than 50 people celebrated the launch of the property development over champagne and canapes.
