Wishlist Spring Carnival success

With more than $415,000 raised at the 17th Wishlist Spring Carnival, the charity can now order life-changing and life-saving equipment. This will help diagnose and treat women with breast cancer and endometriosis – as well as deliver other high needs items – as identified by medical staff and patients. Top of the list is the Sentimag surgical guidance system, shared between Sunshine Coast University Hospital and Gympie Hospital, which will use magnetic fields to locate tumours and lymph nodes.
