Sunshine Coast-based building company Ausmar Group has announced they have officially signed NRL legend Darren Lockyer as their partner and brand ambassador.
To celebrate this partnership, the organisation is launching a range of six bespoke Lockyer Collection homes.
The former Broncos, Maroons and Kangaroos captain and all-round NRL great says he has always had an interest in architecture and real estate.
“I appreciate well designed buildings and homes. In collaborating with (the Ausmar) team, my designs will reflect the beautiful landscapes that Queensland offers. This will be complemented by a mix of contemporary design features, while capturing the essence of Queensland’s natural environment,” he says.
Ausmar director Tim Hendy says the partnership was six months in the making.
“Darren is one of Australia’s best-known and most respected athletes and his support and passion for our business and the building industry is phenomenal,” Hendy says.
Lockyer will be attending Ausmar Homes display home opening on July 22 from 5pm until 7pm at the Aura Display Village.
